St Vincent's Housing AssociationEstablished in 1971, St Vincent's Housing Association was set up by the St Vincent DePaul Society.  During the 70's mass clearance of slum housing was taking place in Manchester and many communities were displaced.  St Vincent's aim was to help those people by building new homes suitable for a modern age.  The very first scheme was family homes in Bury, Lancashire.

We now manage over 3,500 properties in 17 local authority areas.  We have a number of sheltered schemes for people aged 60+, two foyers for young people, a large number of supported schemes and many family homes. We also have two HAPPi schemes for older people, in Bury and the Ribble Valley.

Our pledges are to be a Great Landlord, be a Strong Business and Innovate and Grow.
